Turquoise and Jamila have been best friends since the beginning of their high school years. From eating hot dogs with bbq sauce and cheese to running into the side of animal hospitals during a Colorado blizzard. They have definitely shared some good times!

Ciarra is one of Jamila's long-time besties!! They met over 10 years ago and have grown to love each other as sisters. Ciarra's family has accepted Jamila and Stacy as family. They share in the victories, challenges, and love as family does. Ciarra is the wife of groomsmen Dionne Allen. She is also the proud mother of two and a fur baby.

Levvi is one of Jamila's childhood bestie/sisters. Their friendship began in high school over 30 years ago. Levvi has definitely been a constant friend and one of Jamila's biggest supporters. Levvi is the proud mother of one beautiful daughter.

Kiah is the daughter of the late Skye Beauford and granddaughter of the late Toni Beauford-Smith. She is also the Goddaughter of Jamila. Although Jamila does not have any biological children, Jamila and Kiah have the average mother daughter relationship. Full of love, teachable moments, and good times.

Jana is the beautiful daughter of Stacy. She is also the mother of Stacy's and Jamila's grandson, Jireh. Outside of motherhood, Jana enjoys traveling, cooking, and proving that she cooks better than Stacy. Jana is a true daddy's girl, and she has given Stacy the best gift ever, making him a Paw Paw.

Mayai is affectionately known as the little sister that Jamila never asked for. They were always close but entered sisterhood during Mayai's pregnancy. Mayai definitely wears the little sister badge proudly. She takes what she wants and doesn't take no for an answer. Outside of those things, Mayai is a proud mother of a beautiful little girl.

Bobby is the brother and best friend of Stacy! Bobby and Stacy have a been brothers in every sense of the word. They have not allowed time or distance keep them from being there for each other. Bobby is a native of North Carolina but resides in Hammond, Indiana. He is the proud owner of Royal BBQ and Foods. He is an AAU basketball coach, active uncle, and father. He is also the husband to Stacy's God sister, Nicole.

Dionne aka "Reverend" is one of Stacy's closest friends in Arkansas. They bonded very quickly and have a very unique friendship. Dionne is an AAU basketball coach and musician. He is also the husband of Ciarra Allen, proud father of two, and a dog dad.

Bre is one of Stacy's many coworkers turned close friend. Bre has a sweet spirit and always has an uplifting word. This is definitely why her and Stacy bonded so well!

William is Stacy's only biological brother. Born and raised in Chicago, William takes pride in being the older brother. William's sense of humor and determination to live his life to the fullest is unmatched.

Eric aka "Super E" and Stacy bonded over Eric's amazing carpentry abilities and their love for football. Eric is to thank for Stacy's ability to make the best pot of turkey necks and neckbones Jamila has ever had!! Eric is a proud father and the husband of Tonya McGee, affectionally known as "Ma"

Carlos aka Los and Stacy bonded over their love for football among other things. Carlos is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan which fuels the football banter when they play the Bears. Carlos is also a proud father and the nephew of Eric McGee.
